On this journey I have learned that healing is inherently straightforward. It's navigating through human complexities and uniqueness that adds layers of intricacy and nuance to the process. Pain and dis-ease are valuable signals of:

energy misalignment with:

oneself
the world
our connection to the realm of divine consciousness

This experience engendered fear and lack of inherent self value as a Human Being, causing:

a disruption in the energy field that distored

how I perceived myself
how I perceived the world around me
how the world perceived me

I was caught up in this cycle of decline and learned that it can be shifted into an uplifting cycle of health and happiness.
