    This Smoothie is loaded with antioxidants! A smoothie made with foods that support the body in its natural detox. This thick and creamy pink smoothie makes the perfect healthy breakfast or snack!

    INGREDIENTS:

    1. 2 Cups Red Kale 10 – 16 oz Pure Coconut Water
    2. 1 Cup Organic Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
    3. 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks
    4. 1 Organic Lemon (ends cut and quartered)
    5. 2 Bananas Frozen
    6. 4 Mint Leaves
    7. 1 Tbsp Organic Black Chia Seeds


    METHOD:

    1. Using a high-speed blender, Blend the red kale and Coconut water until broken down.
    2. Add the fruits and Chia Seeds, blend until smooth.
    3. Enjoy – add the second serving to covered smoothie container for a quick grab-n-go.
