Q1. How should practitioners position products like GEM and miHealth, especially when shipping has been delayed and we don’t have hands-on experience yet?
A1. Infoceuticals remain the most effective way to work deeply and reach the root cause. miHealth can be added for more physical or bodywork support. GEM fits in as an entry-level wearable, ideal for clients who aren’t ready for ongoing Infoceuticals or sessions but want something beyond tracking. It supports energy levels, raises awareness of emotional responses (stress, anxiety, anger), and helps Infoceuticals work more deeply. GEM can also provide real-time support for energy or sleep.
Q2. Where can we find accurate, current information about what GEM includes now versus what’s still in development?
A2. Updates will be shared in the practitioner portal, collateral, and through regular group coaching calls. New features are being released in phases, so practitioners should check updates frequently.
Q3. Is GEM in a beta phase, or is it ready to be promoted strongly?
A3. GEM is functional and effective now, but feedback is still being gathered. Practitioners can either promote it actively or first test it personally. While it could be considered a “beta” for practitioners, it is stable enough to share with clients.
Q4. With programs like “Sleep” and “Energy” existing across Infoceuticals, miHealth, and GEM, how should we explain the overlap?
A4. The underlying algorithms are the same, but delivery differs:
Infoceuticals = liquid drops.
miHealth = PEMF + microcurrent on/off body.
GEM = wearable with light/magnetic fields.
GEM functions more like a lightweight version of miHealth but with fewer programs.
Q5. When will GEMs be shipped, and how will practitioners be notified?
A5. GEMs ship the week of Sept 29. Practitioners will receive an email with tracking details. Over 500 units are expected in stock. Emails will also provide practitioner resources for positioning GEM .
Q6. Will my GEM order show in the portal like miHealth orders?
A6. Yes, you should see it under “Orders.” A dedicated GEM purchase link will also be available in practitioner accounts for client sales .
Q7. How do I become a certified practitioner?
A7. Complete the BWS Foundations Training in the education section of the portal. Once finished, email support directly for your certificate if you don’t receive it automatically.
Q8. Are these Q&A sessions recorded, and can we get notes?
A8. Some sessions are recorded, but not all. Notes are being taken, and the goal is to make them available in the portal for everyone.
Q9. Will there be another practitioner event like the last one?
A9. Not immediately. The priority is to stabilize GEM and miHealth first. Future events may happen in a year or two, with clearer separation of practitioner training and recruitment content.
Q10. My miHealth battery drains quickly. Should I sync or do something else?
A10. Yes, syncing on Monday or Tuesday is recommended. Regular updates will improve performance. Restarting the device (turn off, then hold both side buttons while powering on) also helps reset and extend battery performance .
Q11. The power button on miHealth is hard to use. Is this being fixed?
A11. Yes, improvements are coming. The need for logging in to sync custom cycles will also be removed, replaced with a simple “Download My Folders” button.
Q12. Do clients need to believe in the system for it to work?
A12. Not necessarily. Practitioner certainty and intention are powerful and can influence results. Client approval is important, but even unaware clients (like children) can experience immediate shifts.
Q13. How is E4L different from MLM-like companies or patch-based products?
A13. E4L avoids MLM-style practices and focuses on science-backed bioenergetics. Products like LifeWave patches are seen as superficial, while Infoceuticals and miHealth address the body’s information and energy systems at a deeper level.
