    She has contributed articles to top health sites around the web and spoke on countless health summits and podcasts.

    Wendy is passionate about educating the public on Bioenergetics. She healed her own health issues and developed a successful, unique detox and supplement program.

    Wendy is a functional diagnostic nutritionist and certified holistic health coach in Los Angeles, Ca. She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and has a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. She uses Hair Mineral Analysis and other toxic metals testing for the purposes of designing custom Mineral Power detox and supplement programs for her clients around the world.

    Wendy urges her readers and clients to take responsibility for their own health by learning about healthy diet, lifestyle, detox and alternative treatments for health conditions. She aims to help her clients and readers help themselves and realize their body has self-healing mechanisms. Wendy ultimately wants to help you achieve optimum health, energy and vitality.

    Debbie has been working in holistic health field for 13 years as a 1200 hour, CMT-P, professional manual therapist, Level II SCENAR therapist and trainer, craniotomy-sacral training therapist, NES Health coach and trainer, and kundalini yoga instructor.

    She changed careers to pursue her passion for healing after 18 years in the IT Software Consulting, Training and Education Development, having a BA in Education and completion towards a BS in Information science.

    Debbie’s philosophy is that health is achieved when a person is able to find a balance in all areas of body, mind, and spirit and by tapping into the profound, natural intelligence and powerful healing mechanisms innate in all of us.

    Her passion and mission in bringing all aspects of bioenergetic medicine and holistic healing into people’s lives and homes continues in her current role as a bioenergetic coach as well as creator of quantum energy medicine events and immersive experiences.

I have been working in the field of health and wellness for over 15 years. I am a professionally trained massage therapist with several other certifications in energy work and aromatherapy. Before shifting gears and focusing solely on Bioenergetics and the Energy4Life approach to Wellness, I had a successful Nutritional Balancing practice for over six years.

Why Energy4Life?
When I did my first Bioenergetic scan, I was blown away by the level of detail the E4L system was able to show. I was shown a list of trauma signatures or traces that were in my Body-Field and negatively influencing my body, mind, and emotions.
Finally, a way to get to the root of my imbalances. I had done so much work on the physical, and while much of it helped, it seemed I was always pulled back into old negative beliefs.
E4L has helped me experience a deeper emotional detox than any other modality without the need to know about the trauma or even think about it.

WHERE ARE YOU FROM?
l am a French/American dual citizen. I was born in New York State and my parents are French. I am bilingual although my French is a little rusty from lack of regular practice.
WHAT IS A FUN FACT ABOUT YOU?
I lived in Mauritius for a few years, one of the most beautiful islands I have seen and some of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO RECHARGE?
I love being in nature and taking in its vastness. Whether it is the abundance of the ocean or the healing energy of redwood forests, nature is a big draw for me.
WHAT ARE YOU READING RIGHT NOW?
This will need to be updated but right now I am reading Power vs Force a fascinating look at the Hawkins consciousness scale and how it was established..
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NES INFOCEUTICAL?
It’s hard to pick just one. Here are my top three. Liberator, ESR, and Chill.
HOW HAS E4L IMPACTED YOU?
I understood the idea of how old trauma affects my beliefs and subconscious. But until I experienced my E4L program, I felt powerless, not knowing how to tangibly, release old trauma I may not even be aware of. I did Neurofeedback and EMDR, both therapies were excellent, however, none was able to measure what was going on and show me what areas still needed to be released. This is where E4L is cutting edge, and unique, and where it can have the most impact.
