    She has contributed articles to top health sites around the web and spoke on countless health summits and podcasts.

    Wendy is passionate about educating the public on Bioenergetics. She healed her own health issues and developed a successful, unique detox and supplement program.

    Wendy is a functional diagnostic nutritionist and certified holistic health coach in Los Angeles, Ca. She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and has a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. She uses Hair Mineral Analysis and other toxic metals testing for the purposes of designing custom Mineral Power detox and supplement programs for her clients around the world.

    Wendy urges her readers and clients to take responsibility for their own health by learning about healthy diet, lifestyle, detox and alternative treatments for health conditions. She aims to help her clients and readers help themselves and realize their body has self-healing mechanisms. Wendy ultimately wants to help you achieve optimum health, energy and vitality.

    Debbie has been working in holistic health field for 13 years as a 1200 hour, CMT-P, professional manual therapist, Level II SCENAR therapist and trainer, craniotomy-sacral training therapist, NES Health coach and trainer, and kundalini yoga instructor.

    She changed careers to pursue her passion for healing after 18 years in the IT Software Consulting, Training and Education Development, having a BA in Education and completion towards a BS in Information science.

    Debbie’s philosophy is that health is achieved when a person is able to find a balance in all areas of body, mind, and spirit and by tapping into the profound, natural intelligence and powerful healing mechanisms innate in all of us.

    Her passion and mission in bringing all aspects of bioenergetic medicine and holistic healing into people’s lives and homes continues in her current role as a bioenergetic coach as well as creator of quantum energy medicine events and immersive experiences.

Wilkinson had a dominant 17 career with the DC Divas women's football team in Washington DC. She won three national titles with the Divas and two world championships with the USA Football Women's National team. She earned the nickname "animal" and was inducted into the DC Divas and Women's football Hall of Fame. During her career Wilkinson began her journey into energy healing and alternative modalities for improving performance and recovery. This dedication led to working with energy-based modalities including magnetic and far infrared technologies, structured & energized water, whole food nutritional supplements, light therapy, ARPWave therapy and ASEA cell signaling technology. She became known as the ageless one as she demonstrated a new level of performance and longevity in one of the world's highest impact sports.  
Working in the alternative health field is a passion that Wilkinson embraces and continues to expand as she moves beyond the glory of her playing days. She maintained a training and coaching business while playing football introducing the general population to the technologies and practices of the highly trained elite athletes. 
Wilkinson continued to expand her knowledge and education in the alternative health field with Nutri Energetic Systems and became a NES certified bioenergetic practitioner in 2019. "The life-changing results we had with the first client I scanned and introduced the infoceuticals to was so profound that I owed it to my clients to bring this technology forward." Since becoming a NES practitioner, the bioenergetic scan has been a foundational tool that Wilkinson uses to asses and correct the body-field distortions for her clients. Wilkinson dove deeper into the alternative healing world in 2020 when she became a Kambo practitioner working with sacred earth medicine. While this sacred medicine isn't for everyone, it is a powerful tool for clearing the body of lower, dense energies while boosting the immune system.
