I've been on my own healing journey for many years and for the past twelve I've managed my websites Planet Thrive, Buhner Healing Lyme, and Limbic Retraining, all devoted to those with chronic environmental illnesses like multiple chemical sensitivity, mold illness, lyme disease + co-infections, fibromyalgia, electrical sensitivity, heavy metal poisoning, chronic fatigue syndrome, digestive disease, autoimmune diseases, anxiety disorders, PTSD and related conditions. 
Having personal experience with serious chronic illness -- and engaging with thousands of others going through a similar journey -- gives me a unique insight and breadth of experience and knowledge. I've seen what works and what doesn't work, and I've observed the emotional patterns and belief systems that can prevent one from moving forward.
I have a lot of personal experience with various healing diets -- including the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD), GAPS, rotation diet, and most recently, a Low Lectin Anti-Inflammatory approach. I have personally used EFT, Faster EFT, Matrix Imprinting, Brain Retraining (Annie Hopper's Dynamic Neural Retraining System, the Gupta Brain Retraining Program, Safe + Sound) and many other healing modalities. 
I have researched the healing qualities of light, water and the Earth's magnetism and have a ton of experience troubleshooting for extreme sensitivities -- to foods, chemicals, sound, vibration, mold, sunlight, other people's energy -- you name it. I love to share everyday practices that cost nothing and are accessible to all -- such as barefoot grounding, swimming in natural bodies of water, drinking structured water, cold water therapy, getting full spectrum sun exposure throughout the day.
I am excited to help my clients transform their health + their lives on a deep level with the NES System of wellness. I am certified to work with both humans and pets. I've already seen significant improvements with my own cats and myself and look forward to sharing this amazing approach with my clients!
