Niki Gratrix
Niki is an award-winning internationally renowned transformation coach, nutritional therapist, and bioenergetic practitioner, helping people to optimize energy. Since 2004 she has completed over 10,000 consultations in over 40 countries around the world helping people to overcome fatigue, get their lives back and live an abundant, fulfilling life.
Niki is passionate about using both psycho-emotional, energetic and physical approaches for a truly comprehensive, radically wholistic approach to abundant energy and health. Niki is known for being able to identify and articulate how the mind and body work together as one unit, helping people to connect all the dots and move them along their healing journey.
In 2005 she co-founded one of the largest mind-body clinics in integrative medicine in the UK. The results with patients at the clinic were later published as a preliminary study in 2012 in the British Medical Journal Open. The theoretical basis of the clinic’s approach was published in Ken Wilbers Journal of Integral Theory and Practice .

Dr. Christine Schaffner
Dr. Christine Schaffner is a board certified Naturopathic physician who graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Prior to Bastyr, she completed her undergraduate studies in Pre-medicine and Psychology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Dr. Schaffner is passionate about practicing medicine and creating healing spaces. She is the Clinic Director of Sophia Health Institute; the clinic she co-created with her mentor Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt in Woodinville, Washington. She actively sees patients at Sophia Health Institute and through her practices Marin Naturopathic Medicine in California, as well as Bella Fiore Organic Med Spa & Klinik in Seattle, Washington.
Along with practicing medicine in clinics she has co-created or owns, Dr. Schaffner has built partnerships and working relationships with practitioners who are committed to treating persistent Lyme disease all over the world. Through these connections she has established a unique set of skills and knowledge to serve her patients.
With her diverse skill set, Dr. Schaffner seeks to improve access, outcomes, and speed of recovery for patients struggling with chronic illness wherever they may be.

I have been a practicing Registered Nurse in my small rural community since 2004. My husband and I enjoy raising our three children in this beautiful foothills region of Alberta.

Parenting has assured me there is always more than one way to get things done - it is all a matter of perspective. We are all a work in progress.

Nursing has allotted me the privilege to stand alongside individuals and families in life's most transformative events across the lifespan. I am in awe and wonder of the human strength and complexity I have witnessed.

Each of us processes major life events in a unique way. Whether it’s welcoming a new baby, recovering from injuries or illness, or navigating impacts of depression or suicide, It is through the gift of intense challenges that we are held at eye level with the intricacy of life- how closely does one dare to look?

I feel it a privilege to share a portion of the road with many individuals on their life journeys. As the road of life twists and turns and finds us in places we never expected to be, the cry for answers becomes deafening...

A quest for answers is the passion I wish to share with you. The information is vast and deep and it is what comprises every facet of your being. We are energy. Energy is information in motion. We are information arranged and set forth by one solid and just set of laws.

I suppose my deep interest in life science was sparked in me over 38 years ago, at the age of 13 when my vibrant, 18-year-old sister died of cancer. Our large, low-income family of 12 was informed that the condition was curable and she had the best care available. Why did my sister die so young? It felt as though, “there's nothing more we can do," was the only answer available from the mighty establishment we so heavily relied on for help. All too familiar?

Bioenergetics is the latest and most comprehensive lens through which to view and assess the information that comprises your life up to this moment. Most importantly your interpretation of this information is the driver of where you have arrived and where you may end up in your ongoing story. LISTEN to yourself.
