Hi there! I'm Susy Wood. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) turned Certified NES Health Practitioner. I'm a Kitimat, BC girl educated in Montreal, who found herself living and working in Bermuda for almost 15 years. In 2016, my husband and I decided to move back to Canada with our two young boys to start the next chapter of our lives.
We chose Kelowna, BC as our new home as we saw it would be a great fit for our family. We’re so happy to be settled here! Recently, I decided to give up my career as a CPA and to instead follow my passion, which is bringing more awareness to the fact that we are energy beings and that everything effects the energy body on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level.
I became passionate about energy medicine through my own healing process. As an adult, I always seemed to be struggling with some type of health issue (psoriasis, food intolerances, and endometriosis just to name a few), and so I started down this healing journey like so many other practitioners, to help myself and my family heal. I found alternative medicine to be what helped me the most, however it wouldn’t completely go away. I kept researching and trying new things. Meanwhile, my son was diagnosed with autism so that lead me down another path. The turning point was when I started to explore energy healing modalities. This opened up a whole new world, which finally made sense to me.
I have seen so many improvements in my son already and I know it is just the beginning for him. For myself, I can honestly say that I’ve never felt so healthy and energized than I do now in my mid-40s. My vision is to help those who are open and willing to heal their whole body, on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. It’s not just about taking something to make it all better. Healing and living a vibrant life require constant self-care and self-reflection. The NES Health system is a great start to getting back your energy, however the only way to make the energy shifts permanent is to make the lifestyle changes that are needed.
